Hi All! I agree arriving early is the key. If you get there early you can ask the staff to turn up the lights (makes getting settled so much easier). Our groups gets bigger every time. We always have a blast! :-D

:-D We also do the welcome basket with goodies, but we also have a New Comers Dinner with the resident and their family. All our department heads come to this dinner. It gives all of us the opportunity to meet each other. It's very successful in our community.
