Stacy 0 Report Share Posted February 22, 2005 I feel so useless when trying to find things. I went to CMS, and typed in draft guidelines for f-248, and it came back with nothing to be found. Has anyone else had any luck? Please share.... Sorry for being so inept. Stacy :hammer:

Diana 0 Report Share Posted February 22, 2005 Nope, this is the second time I've looked and I can't find it either - it takes me to a "google search" and it doesn't find anything there either.
Kate 0 Report Share Posted February 23, 2005 Diana, Do you have Adobe Reader 7.0? In order for the link to work, you need to be able to open an adobe PDF file. There is a free download at: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html Kate

Susan 0 Report Share Posted February 24, 2005 I got to it. I don't have the current guidelines on me at the moment but.... isn't this what we've been doing all along (or supposed to be doing)? I don't see what's different. Can someone point the changes out to me?
Margi 0 Report Share Posted February 24, 2005 I have tried and tried to bring the site up. If anyone is able to reach the site could you please post what the site has to say? Thank you
Susan 0 Report Share Posted February 24, 2005 I just clicked on the link that Kate posted and scrolled down to F-248 (around page 75 or 76). I couldn't find it searching on the site either.
Stacy 0 Author Report Share Posted February 24, 2005 I used th elink that Kate posted as well, and it brought up guidelines and scrolled down to the section. I agree Susan, I think it's the same thing we have been doing. Maybe the surveyors haven't been looking at activities in a standard manner, and so this is their guide to look into what we do. As long as we continue doing what we do, I think that we will be fine. Stacy
Guest Guest_Kathy Report Share Posted February 24, 2005 If you are all refering to the "NEW" Surveyor Guidelines I would guess that they aren't available yet as they just met 1/8/05. And as we all know the Federal Gov't wheels are extremely slow! You local surveyor has a copy of the proposed changes and should share them upon request. That's where I got mine. AND the surveyor that gave them to me stated that these were the "NEW REGULATIONS" so go figure...... As long as we keep doing what we have been doing, I really don't see a change....
