Hello everyone! My name is BreAnn and I have been working at a Nursing/Rehab home for five months now. My first four months I spent as the Social Service Director and now I am the Resident Activity Director. I am no longer overwhelmed by paperwork, but I am overwhelmed with activities! We have such a diverse group of residents that it is often difficult to get them to join in... any advice would be greatly appreciated!
