    Hi RuthAnn: I have been and Activity Director for over 30 years, alot of times you just have to sell yourself, wage is based on experience how enthusiastic and determined you are believe in what your worth, if a facility wants you bad enough they will negotiate. I make over $20 Hr also skill care, asisted living and day care pay less, i have always een skill care. Thanks Mary

    Hi There: I have been and activity Director for 25 years, It Is always nice to see new forms, I could write a book. lol please email me you forms, also do you have a chart which you use as a guide for the time awake on he mds to help the staff understand how to document on this? Thanks Mary
