Hi RuthAnn: I have been and Activity Director for over 30 years, alot of times you just have to sell yourself, wage is based on experience how enthusiastic and determined you are believe in what your worth, if a facility wants you bad enough they will negotiate. I make over $20 Hr also skill care, asisted living and day care pay less, i have always een skill care. Thanks Mary
