hello everyone i am in NC @ a CCRC and I make about 11.50

i am a ad at an ccrc and sw mds dm ad and adm attends our cp meeting we have them once weekly we have a great team

HELLO, I AM THE AD AT AN CCRC AND WE DO EXERCISE ONCE A WEEK AND WE USE SITTERCISE IT SOUNDS WERID BUT WE ALL HAVE A GREAT TIME DOING IT. WE ALSO STRETCH EVERYDAY AFTER OUR MORNING ACTIVITY.

I wanted to introduce myself. I am an AD at a CCC we have three different AD an independent, independent plus, and a health care which is me. I have about 80 residents. 30 that is assistant living 30 that is nursing home and about 20 that is special care. Plus we have beds for the residents in the other part of the community. I have no assistant and most likely will not get one. Our team really work well together for DON SS MDS NURSE SUP CNA PCA AND ADMINISTORS also DIETARY :-D WE have a good time just like family

With all the other things AD do. Cigs should not be one, Our owner made our facility semi-smoke free but all the residents keep their own GOOD LUCK :-P

Hello Everyone this is my first time putting a topic in open discussion so bare with me :-D I am an AD at an CCC. I work in the Health Care Facility we are at the bottom. I love my job, my co-workers and most of all I LOVE MY RESIDENTS 8-) We just got a perfectionst for ED. She's a piece of work. For the last two months my calendar had not been right for her I am using Printshop Gold Master suite can any one think of anything better thanks lol
