lllucas 0 Report Share Posted August 8, 2006 Hi, Friends! :-) A very successful event for us has been a Ladies Tea Club which is hosted in a different resident's room each month. Invitations are sent and the ladies wear hats (not necessarily red hats). This works well for a very small group. For a larger group I recommend that you meet in the activity room or dining room. Serve favorite drinks and lady-like snacks. Don't forget the flowers. Sincerely,

I also(worked out a plan with Mary Kay to do Mary Kay Christmas Party and we got finger nail polishes, lotioins, etc. needed for Nifty Nails Program.) Try a Nifty Nails Program--------I also have done a Day at the Spa Program and Women's Bible Study. Hope this helps.
Guest TheBrit Report Share Posted September 10, 2006 Hi, have you tried inviting some ladies over for a tea party? Maybe from another nearby home, womans institute, hosting a party can be great fun you may evan get an invite to thier place! Everyone dress up in thier finest, lots of flowers, and lovely dainty tea party food. YUM! :-D
