I too have been asked by state for the last three months calendars When I make the monthly calendar I ask the residents what they want and go from there. A few programs are tried, some work some don't. I also have the calendar for the Dementia/Alhzeimer's Unit All of our activies are subject to change if the residents want to do something different and yes we do make it happen. That's the joy of our job

You got lucky. Our survey was last week. They arrived at 8am the first day stayed until 9pm and came back at 5:30am for the next 3 days, and stayed until7pm the good news is that our activities dept got rave reviews, nursing documantation took a hit but other than that it was a long stressful week.

I too have both . I have to pay for them myself. I prefer activitydirector.com and will probably cancel the other one. There are really no great ideas on that site, no help in any way. Others may like it but it isn't for me.
