    Joy, maybe we are in the same class. However, in the facilities is like in any other work environment but don't apply what do you see in that particular facility as a general rule. You should just enjoy what you do and the most important the residents. They'll appreciate you.

    In our facility we are using a new initial assessment that is more occordingly with the mds 3.0. if that is your question.

    Can you give a link where I can find simple math operation, like addition or sustraction with 3 or 4 digit for one to one program with resident that like to do that. also a link where i can find wordsearch in spanish. thanks in advance for your replay.

    yes, I will do it. Because that open the door of more opportunity, and just very surprise that your boss did not encourage you and belive is not to waste the money.
