MelanieLynn 0 Report Share Posted July 8, 2005 i'm getting my QMAP certification in August. Is QMAP certified recognized nationally or is it just a Colorado thing? if its not i'm wondering if its worth going through since i will be moving to Texas. Thanks! Guest Tinki Report Share Posted July 8, 2005 Melanie Lynn, I live in Texas and have never heard of the QMAP. We just have the State Certification and NCCAP. Hope this helps. Karen
Pennie 26 Report Share Posted July 9, 2005 Hi I also live in Texas and have not heard of QMAP either. We have AD/TXC which is Activity Director, Texas Certified, qhich is recognized by Texas. There is also NCCAP which is National Certification. If you are moving to Texas then I would put my efforts into becoming NCCAP.
