cindytexan 1 Report Share Posted July 14, 2009 (edited) Hi! At my facility we are getting more & more short term therapy stays. My initial assessment form is long and time consuming. I'm looking for a more appropriate form for 10 to 20 day stays. These admits do not consider themselves "Residents" but "Patients". Another concern is should these "Patients" be included in Resident Council? My Residents don't think so, because these people do not live here, and have plans to go home. Any Regulations or thoughts on this will be helpful. Thanks, Cindy Edited July 15, 2009 by cindytexan
