Help with my MEPAP class

I am taking the online MEPAP course and need to interview 2 Activity Directors with atleast 10 years of experience. I am new to the field and don't know any other activity directors. I was wondering if there were any activity directors out there that have over 10 years of experience that would be able to help me out. I need to know how the activity profession has changed, tips for recruiting volunteers, ways to avoid burnout, barriers faced in providing activity programs, pointers and tips for somebody new in the field, and anything else you would like to share. I would really appreciate the help. Thank you.

While I am sure that you have already done this for your class, I thought maybe someone else taking the class and reading this might benefit from my response. When I took the MEPAP I class I did not know who to interview either. I got out the yellow pages and looked up facilities in my surrounding areas and called for interviews. Everyone I talked to was most helpful. I had two ladies grant me interviews and I did it over the phone. With gas at $4 a gallon it was much appreciated. They both, after the interview, offered tours of their facilities and said if I needed any help to please call back. I actually ended up knowing one woman and she told me to call her if I was ever looking for a job.
