Maybe you could get one of the nurses to do a test for everyone in your department so she is not singled out. I will usually ask her to take some kind of paperwork to do during programs or performances. She still yells out though. I've never understood it, but it's good to hear others are doing the same thing. I plan to bring it up at her next evaluation. Does your AA have an eval coming up?
