This position is a very strategic partner to our CEO and will be responsible for designing, engaging inter-generational programs, promoting the corporate vision, and helping to achieve the organization’s strategic goals. Qualified candidates will have demonstrated leadership experience in developing health and wellness programs promoting active aging, preferably in a life care retirement community setting. Strong analytical and financial skills, along with project management and computer skills, are also required.
