I work in a Memory Care unit and have found the best activities to be team games. No pressure on any one person. One of my favorites is a modified ring toss game. The standard ring toss game is too hard for most residents, but in this version even the lower functioning residents will occasionally get a ringer.
I use large rings that I got from a dollar store. They are made to be used in a swimming pool and are large and very soft. No way anyone can get hurt. If you can't find these rings you can use a Frisbee with the center cut out. I seat the residents in a circle and split them into two teams. The teams take turns tossing the rings. I score 5 points for a ringer or a leaner, which keeps it simple to score and I found that if you give them twenty five points for the center the scoring becomes to uneven. Works for me!
