Ditto, Ditto, Ditto. Thank you for putting in writting what I have experienced in two different location (within the same Co.) THE THING THAT REALLY DISTURBED ME - WERE THE FACES ON THE RESIDENTS THAT SHOW UP FOR SOMETHING AN A.D. PUTS ON A CALENDAR...AND HE/SHE WASN'T EVEN IN YET! A.D.'S HAVE TOO MUCH ROOM FOR ABUSING THEIR POSITION. WHAT A SHAME THE E.D.'S DON'T SEEM TO NOTICE OR THINK IT'S A PRIORITY?? I wasn't even an assistent AD but found myself jumping in and coming up with something to engage them (long story short) It's was so hard to see this form of abuse NO LONGER WELL ENOUGH TO EVEN VOLUNTEER.
