Hi- I know how you feel.... I started out as an asst. & my AD treated me the same way..She used to take a smoke break all day while I worked my a** off. I swore that I would never treat my fellow co-workers that way if I became an AD . Once I was promoted ,I worked together with the asst. We worked as a team. I was not any better then them. We were equal. I would never ask them to do something I could not do myself. Keep your head high. If it does not get better ... I would look to another facility. There are AD 's out there that are caring to fellow staff.
