Hello. Just as most or some I am also new to the Activity Director positon. I am also young and I hope that it isn't a problem for the family or resident. I'm only 21. I do have thousands of questions running in my head but what does cognitive mean exactly? Like I said I'm new but my mother has always worked in nursing homes. I always did voulunteer work for the residents so I know what it is like to help the residents, but I'm not familiar w/the calendar and planning everything for them. I would apreciate some help.
