:pint: :pint: Hi, Everybody! I am having the same problem, I just started working as a AD in Assisted Living & Memory Care. In AL there is 59 residents and MC there is 18. I have worked in a nursing facility, but to me memory care is alot different from what I am use to, so please HELP ME! Thank you.
