Hello everyone! My name is Sia and I am a 25 year old Activities Coordinator from Toledo, OH. I have been working for almost 2 years in my AL facility and am finally taking the MEPAP1 course to try to become a certified AD. I am always wanting to become more confident in my position and even after 2 years I still feel as though I could do more or better. I want to feel comfortable interacting with my coworkers and do my best to provide the highest quality programs that I can for my residents. Right now I am struggling to find programs that cater to the small male population's needs. I am hoping this network will give me some ideas for all areas of my activities!
