I work in a nursing home with 45 beds, really small, and we are usually at about 42 people. It can be a struggle to get aids to help...especially with transfers for when we're running an activity that takes us out of the building. I try to develop good relationships with all of them in hopes that people will be more likely to help me.

Melissa, this is awesome! I will definitely try this. Do you ever incorporate technology into this program? For example, do you and your residents every watch videos of the experiments being completed, or instructional videos? Does your resident who you created this group for still participate in it? -Taylor
