I am curious to know what your average census is, what type of activity staff you have, budget etc? I have been an AD since Aug, average census of 95, just me, and it's laughable to get help from CNAS or any or the nursing staff! I feel like I am herding cats 3-4 times a day when gathering residents for activities.
