Matt, I actually do a tai chi class for our wheelchair residents. We start out with chin to shoulder, chin to chest. Then run through punches and blocks. Scoop and pour water over head. Dip your toe in the water and shake it off. Sleeping dragon which is praying hands in the center of your body lifting one hip up then pouring all your weight to the other side and lifting opposite hip. Figure eight arms and legs. churning hands(circle hands slowly towards yourself) then lift both arms out to the side and up, then drop your chin on your shoulder. Cloud hands(pretend to push air back and forth to the sides with your hands) then lift both hands up, look up, then down and up again, start over. Do everything super slowly to relaxation music with deep breathing, don't repeat more than 8-10 times. The residents really love it. Hope this is helpful, let me know if you have any questions. I am also in MEPAP 1. Julie
