    Hello, my name is Kathy. I'm currently the Assistant Activity Director at Heritage Manor in Elroy, WI. Our current AD is looking to retire in the near future so I am prepping for the position. I already do all of the assessments, MDS and care planning so the transition should go smoothly. (I just need to work on organization). Looking forward to finishing MEPAP 1 soon. Will wait until winter to take MEPAP2. I've enjoyed meeting others in my field through our chat sessions!
