    My trouble areas is time! I feel like I have so much to do and so little time!!! I'm the activities director but I also help out with everything else, I help the kitchen serve lunch, the cnas with their stuff, I load and unload the buses each day. Some days I can barely find time to sit down and focus on paperwork.
