    After MDS 3.0 training through Genesis, we were also told, Activities does not need to do quarterly MDS, 7, 14 or 21 day MDS. We do need to do a comprehensive activity progress note related to the care plan. It should be in the residnet's voice... I enjoy reading.... Hope this helps. We are all in the same boat.
