Hi,

One of the games that my residents love to play is Pokeno. The res who love bongo like this but the ones who don't will play this game too. So you might look at it.

I use Printshop to make a simple Bingo Grid using the lines options. We then add whatever we would like including getting ready for our Winter Olympic celebration where we place the names of the Olympic events in the squares. When the USA wins a medal you can cover the event. Get 5 in a row and win!!!! We encourage residents and staff to compete for a $100.00 gift certificate for the staff member and a basket of snacks for the resident.

Hi! When I use a standard bingo game, I have been first choosing a "wild card" number. I draw one number and then every number which ends in that digit is covered. For example, if I draw 43, then 3, 13, 23, 33, 43, 53, 63, and 73 may all be covered. I usually do that at the start of each game now because they enjoy it so much. We usually play you may have a regular bingo (horizontal, diagonal or vertical) and possibly one of the other simple ones like outside or inside corners or postage stamp; whichever one of these comes first, then we go for whichever of these they have not won yet and play till all options are reached. We then go on to the more difficult games (letter T, F, X, etc.) and finally the blackout. Sometimes with the wild card, I play progressive where with each bingo I draw a new number for the wild card (if duplicate I draw again). This comes in handy when we near the time limit or they seem to be tiring.
