JL_CTRS 0 Report Share Posted August 19, 2005 Hello everyone, I work FT M-F for a Senior Mental Health Center, with per diem staff filling in on the weekends. Unfortunately, we have had two of our per diem staff resign due to finding FT positions. Does anyone know if there is a Registry for Recreation Therapists, CTRS, and/or Activity Directors to assist in finding temporary help? Any information you might have would greatly be appreciated. gina 2 Report Share Posted August 19, 2005 Hi Jl, I dont know of any registry in Calif. for Activity Directors, but go onto the Recreation Therapy website and search around on it, there be an answer to your question on it.. http://www.recreationtherapy.com/ I am going to research further and If I hear of anything I will let ya know. I think it is a great idea, they have nursing registries,why not A.D. registries too? ;-) Have fun! Gina :-) P.S.- What part of so.Cal are you from?
