bluesnowwhite 0 Report Share Posted March 14, 2005 I've taken over a program that has mostly long term employees. While it's great they know the Ladies in our home, the attitudes at best, SUCK! No one wants to do anything with the Ladies except complain, feed them and put them to bed. We get paid way too much for this kind of care..... I have no problem replacing the attitudes(5 write ups this week!). My question is this.... Does any one have a daily routine or schedule for a small facility they'd be willing to share? I'm not sure what reasonable timelines for certain activities is. I want daily current events, exercises, snack times, crafts..... not every one has the attention span to do all the things. However, they aren't used to doing anything but watching TV. Any help is greatly apprecitated! Wanda
