       Living Care Lifestyles is seeking an experienced Life Enhancement Director to join The Lodge at Quail Park Care Team in providing "Simply the Best" in senior lifestyle communities. The Lodge at Quail Park is Frisco, Texas's premier upscale enhanced assisted living community.

      As the Life Enhancement Director at The Lodge you will provide residents with a stimulating and varied calendar of events and activities while being a role model and leader in the area of resident socialization to the rest of the community team.

      This exciting and rewarding opportunity is a full time position that requires some holiday and weekend rotations. • Essential Functions:

  -Plans, coordinates and participates in a variety of social events, outings, and on-site activities with residents
  -Responsible for creation and distribution of monthly resident activity calendar and community newsletter
  -Encourage the participation of residents in meaningful activity and social interaction
  -Responsible for coordination and scheduling of resident transportation program; drives community vehicle as necessary
  -Responsible for recruiting, training, and scheduling an adequate number of volunteers to support the community activity program
  -Operates department within established budgetary guidelines

• Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

  -High school diploma or equivalent
  -Bachelor's degree in related field work as social work, recreational therapy, or gerontology preferred
  -2 years experience working in senior living environment, memory care experience a plus
  -Must have basic proficiency in computer skills, including Word and Excel
  -Current and valid state driver's license
  -Subject to pre-employment screening including physical, drug and TB testing and criminal background check
