The Activities Director is also responsible for oversight of the community’s volunteer program. Our Activities Director will have high energy (just can’t stop having fun!), enthusiasm (so much that our residents won’t want to say no to an activity), and enjoy working with a diverse group of people. Minimum of two years’ experience in planning and conducting small and large group activities, creativity and be knowledgeable in evaluating residents’ needs and interests, engaging employees in activity participation and recruitment and training of volunteers.
