I am in serious need of help/resources to give my first inservice on Activities for Resident's with Dementia. Does anyone have anything they would like to share with me or if not, to please lead me to the right direction. I, as the AD know, but sometimes putting things in words, or on paper, is harder to do. There is no magic answer that I can give apart from be patient and believe in yourself. Get to know your residents and the families.
