pkc 0 Report Share Posted November 16, 2010 I have some left over money from a sale. I was thinking about getting a pinball machine! Not a video type, the vintage ones. Anyway was wondering if anyone had input on them. Our residents are independent though most do use walkers. SO figure might need to find a table top version. Wanted your input before I mention this to the residents. I don't want to disapoint them. THANKS!
heavenstar 0 Report Share Posted November 16, 2010 Pinball sounds fantastic! I don't even think you would need to get a tabletop one. You could get a barstool with a back to sit on while they play. My residents have a pool table, foosball machine, and pingpong. All get used a lot (especially the pool table!) Another option is to get a slot machine-- one that only takes tokens and is legal in all states. They would probably enjoy that too-- unless of course you are a religious organization that is against gambling!
