LisaRee 0 Report Share Posted June 5, 2008 Hi. I'm having a terrible time with our council meetings. For the past few months it seems that most of our residents are very low functioning and are unable to make decisions that are necessary. The past several months we may have had 6 or 7 residents in each meeting and last month our council president fell very sick and resigned. I don't know what to do. Any suggestions? I too have had this problem in the past. I will tell you this. Document Document Document !! Make sure you write notes on exactly what is going on. If you have no higher functioning Residents right now that can make decisions then you have to do what you can. Still have your meetings but just make sure you document what is going on , the STATE will understand if you write this down and take good notes. Hope this helps , BartMan in Tally ;o)
