Stacy 0 Report Share Posted September 6, 2004 I heard of people giong into social work. Some switch and go into teaching as well as working in Park Districts. I have no idea what the turn over rate is, but many of the people who belong to a local association have been in the field many years. Guest Pat8231 Report Share Posted September 10, 2004 Hi, I checked out developments in my area. They all have "Social Directors or Program Directors". It's the same thing as an AD/AA position but you are not working with patients. Right now I'm searching for a job in a property management company since they hire people for these positions also. You are not hired by the development homeowners association but hired by the management property company itself. Hope this helps.
