Has anyone heard about this:

CMS issued guidelines for state survey agencies to follow in regard to the use of photographic evidence to support noncompliance during the survey process. Photographs can enhance findings of non-compliance and ensure accurate observation records are being created by providing visual evidence of injury, scene, or other relevant components of a deficient practice.

How is your facility going to defend your residents’ dignity when photographic evidence is used to document deficiencies.

This should make for an intersting topic.
