Hello everyone,Could someone give me advice on how to handle a situation? There is a resident that wants to oust our current resident council president. Her reason, he is not very outgoing.... She thinks she would be a better president. However she is unrealistic in the abilities of the residents (LTC Nursing Facility) and always is suggesting things that are out of the realm of possibilities. What can I say to her that will shut her down? She is the only one complaining, and she would be a terrible president because it is all about her. She thinks she knows it all, and she was previously a nurse, so she knows better than anyone, even me, who has 15 years experience in activities, but I am relatively new as director.Thank you
