I was recently hired as an AD in a 100 bed facility, I have no assistants. My monthly calendar has 4 to 6 activities a day. My question is, am I responsible to have the residents with me from the time I get to work until I go home. Staff (aides & department heads) bring residents to me when they are being noisey or they want them out of the hall, even if I have just returned them from an activity.
