Hello, My name is Suzanne. I am a new working Activity Director (for 2 months) in a small town in California. My administrator signed me up to get my cert. Our first assgnment, find and interview an Activity Director. I found and lost 3. the first one moved to Spain, the 2nd had a stoke and cannot speak and the 3rd blew me off after a scheduled appt. we had made face to face. I would like to know the basics about activity programming. How things have changed within the last 5 or 10 years and how to avoid burn out. Can someone please help me, please.
