Hello I am an activity director in Louisiana. I am in a 120 bed 1 year old beauty facility. I have a part time assistant. My problem now is the resident council meeting. I had one today and sometime it gets out of hand. There is no organization to the meeting unless I stop things. Do you have any ideas on this topic?
