Im new to activityirector.net, but have been in this field for a little over a year now. Recently the position of an Activity Director has become open in my facility and i am unsure about appying for the job. I know what it takes and am very prepared for the responsibilities, but very unsure of what is in store for me once getting the position. I need soem advice on what it involves and really how much more difficult it is from bieng an assistant; the position i have now. Ive been involved and dealt with many things from care plans, and MDS- to planning the monthly calender and preparing fall festivals. I just dont know whether im skilled yet for the spot. If you have any advice or pointers i would love to hear them!!
