Donations One place I have been very successful are places like Dunkin Donuts- they throw away All their left overs if you are willing to go at midnight when they close they will donate their stuff. A very good source for fundraising.

yes. our facility uses live entertainment we use volunteers and paid musicians my clients especially like VERY lively music it really depends on the clientelle we have a large spanish population-i feel it is important to have some spanish singers I would like to see more interaction between our musicians and our residents. My favorite entertainers are the ones that really put time and effort into their program and adapt it to the audience which they research before hand-i like the entertainedrs that DRESS for the part i have one singer that comes in a tuxedo and sings braodway tunes etc....

I would suggest that you introduce her around- and let her spend a day watching what you do. Then perhaps sit down and figure out with her, what she can do to alleviate some of your work. Start training her in those areas first, and then as time goes by familiarize her with most things so she can fill in when your’e not in.
