    Help my AA is very loud during programs with my residents and Ive asked a few times to lower her voice.............still is yelling. i have compaints from our residents, families and coworkers. Don't get me wrong i couldn't do my job as well, if i didn't hve her. But the yelling is really bad.

    Afternoon everyone and what a great site this is! I do have a question, have any canadians taken ceu's from AD? If I'm interested in certification, can I do this online?
