Thank you for the link to AASHA. I have already found the Pennsylvania Culture Change Coalition (my home state), the Institute for Caregiver Education and the Eden Alternative to be a tremendous help. Although we have yet to decide exactly what form our Culture Change journey will take, we have registered seven team members from our company to attend an upcoming Eden Alternative Certified Associate Training in October. We are confident that the overall 3-day training will provide the base information we need to begin our (long & tedious) journey. Have you worked with ActionPact?

Our organization - composed of six nursing homes in Pennsylvania - is in the early throws of Culture Change and a journey towards more resident-centered care (including more individualized activities). Has anyone on the forum begun the Culture Change journey already? Any tips or links for websites, organizations, etc. that can be a resource? Thank you.
