Hi I am new to the message board, well its been awhile anyway but I find that in between using a book or reminisce magazine I have them in a circle and ask them what they would like to talk about way back when. like cars, bridges what you did when you were younger, schools etc. I also do this at holiday time that way they share how they did their holiday. good luck and blessings

Hi I am new to the site, and just wanted to get involve with other activity directors. I am from IL I have been an activity coordinator for 4 years now, was independant now has gone to supportive assisted living. We now have 96 residents owners hoping for 144 that is alot compared to when I started with just about 55-60. How is everyone out there?
