We have bingo 3 times a week, My residents live for bingo as well. We play for bingo bucks or activity bucks, if they come to a activity they get a buck, if they win bingo they get a buck, blackout game 2 bucks. Every month I have activity store where I get snacks, clothes, scarfs any little thing I think they might like. I also get shampoo, soaps and different things like that. They all have fun buying things with their bucks. The ones that dont come to activities still get things i bring to them just not as much as the others. AND as for the Omsbudsman coming to your council meeting.. I have a issue with that, we were told in school that ANYONE attending the meeting other than the residents and myself had to be invited by the residents and voted on. just a little FYI if you dont want them attending you can use that as a very good reason. This is my first time posting, I love reading all the posts and good ideas!
