Business Dress - business casual. No scrubs allowed in ANY form by anyone at our AL. (I personally like scrubs) However nice jeans are allowed on Fridays, but we still cannot look slouchy.

My name is Stacy. I am an Activity Director at a new Dementia Care Assisted Living center. We are about to open a 52 bed facility, in a few weeks. I have a year experiance with this present company, but I am about to start MEPAP I.I also have the asisted living manager's certification. I'm not real sure how that will come to play in the new facility. I really can't tell you much yet about the facility, as we aren't open just yet. But I have been told by the director, that I will get an assistant when census goes up. Yea. I go into the new facility tomorrow to check things out, hopefully get started setting up the activity dept. Wish me luck as this is a new building, new families, new town. I am completely starting from scratch, including my volunteers, and entertainment. :hammer:
