    We were constantly trying to think of prizes that the people would like, then we started "Bring a Prize to Win a Prize". That way, people can donate thier gently used items and tinkets and play for things they all like. If someone doesn't bring a prize, they can still play. I remind the group that the prizes are as awesome and as plentiful as they decide. Works great!
