Our facility is also planning a cinco de mayo party. We are going to have chips and dips Our town has a month long celebration for our county's heritage. They start with Miss Hansford pagent, this week end will be a cinco de mayo celebration with a dance and then our hospital has a lake day with all sorts of outdoor fun at our local lake and then we top it off with a big parade and street dance.

I have worked in the activity department for almost a year. I have worked for our nursing home for 6 years as a c n a . I am very excited to be in the activity department. I have learned so much with this course. I have to say today is my activity director's last day to be here. Starting tomorrow I will be the person in charge of our department. However, my current director will be working from home so that I may finish this course and start mepap 2. As soon as I'm finished with that I will be the new Director of activities. If any one has any advise for me I would greatly appreciate it.
