Hello Everyone! I am Emily and I work at SNF in rural Kenyon, Minnesota. We are a small 30 bed facility and have an attached assisted living that has an 8 unit memory care and 23 apartment/studio units. I have been taking the MEPAP 1 class online with Activity Directors Network and only have a few weeks of it left to go. Then of course it will be onto the MEPAP 2 class and certification before I am done with this journey. Is there any advice that you wish you would have known when you were just starting out? Any great resources that you would recommend?
